Color pic is gravatar.

This has been merged into production. It is possible the old pics are still being used in some places, e.g. user directory.

Update allura repo to get latest changes.

I noticed that the gravatar is not correct in the profile image.
e.g. my image in this message should be visible instead of the gravatar logo.
(in my profile page, I can see the correct image in the email addresses area, but not in the profile image area)

That seems odd, can you go to your settings page and check if the primary email address is set?

And try pressing save changes at the bottom, to force an update.

Problem was the primary email address was not set.

I think if there's only one email address, it should be set as primary by default, with no need for user interaction.
