Taking a look at impress.js for transitions/animation.
Some thoughts.
Cross Browser Compatibility
impress is best implemented in webkit based browsers, while this won't be an issue the both the iOS and Android apps as both use webkit for web views, it may be an issue for any web deployment as their would be no control of what browsers are used to view. Any future deployment to windows phone may also be an issue.
graceful degradation should be tested before deploying to the web.
Performance
I'd like to test against multiple devices and browsers to ensure there is no perceivable performance hit from using impress.
A quick note on using this site, this is my second attempt at submitting a ticket, after previewing the ticket I mistakenly used the browser back button to return to editing, the ticket seemed to be lost, at least I couldn't find it, perhaps a draft should be auto saved to prevent this.
