Basically it's not indexing everything. I will test a search string for a file that I know is in a particular place and it won't bring it up. It's not a particular folder or drive either, it just seems to have picked files at random that it has indexed. I've used recoll for several years now, this problem just arose after upgrading to ubuntu 18.04.
