There are several users stating that when they forgot their password on OSP they press the "Password Recovery" option and enter their e-mail address, but then they do not receive any recovery e-mail.
Please check this, as this is blocking several developers on the H2020 vf-OS project.

    Seems like we may have a UX issue. When the users try to recover their password they are redirected to the sign up screen. According to our tests the process is started and the email is sent.
