#18 sidebar box shows up in pages without sidebar

With the new style changes (top_nav moves to sidebar), the sidebar has a top and bottom border. In cases where there no sidebar at all those borders are still showing up, e.g. http://opensourceprojects.eu/

But this does not happen in all cases
