On project creation both SVN and Git can be chosen for code, but both get the same name and only Git gets to work, SVN is only default is placed right after Git in tools listing.
If they are given new different name, both work.

I assumed you are talking about the repositories in dummy_project. I can confirm that if two repositories are created with the same name then the menu entry will only display one of them.
What happens is actually a bit stranger, both repositories are still reachable:
- SVN - http://opensourceprojects.eu/p/dummyproject/code/
- Git - http://opensourceprojects.eu/p/dummyproject/code-0/
So, the root of the problem seems to be in the menu and not on the repositories themselves.
