Rhis force to download libpunp6 that no software in debian unstable is using anymore. Caveat tehre are a few ABI chnages

I have no plan at the moment to switch to libupnp 1.8
This has many changes in the API. In fact it's a different library.
AFAIK no widely used project ever used it.
