#5 No results returned under GUI

New install of Recoll 1.21.5 with Xapian 1.2.22 running under Kubuntu 16.04.2 with Linux 4.10.0-28-generic on x86_64.

Index rebuilt using recollindex with -z parameter.

Searching using command recoll -t returns sensible results on command line.

Same search run with GUI returns no results.

Thoughts/assistance welcomed.

    What search mode is the GUI using (the combobox just on the left of the search entry) ?
    The default for the command line is "Query Language"

    If the search modes are consistent, I'm a bit stuck :) We'll need to look at the details of the search.

      Thank you for your reply and your program.

      I was getting no results on any GUI search.

      Have struggled yesterday with this (reinstalling, reindexing and rebooting) but after a reboot today both GUI and command line are consistent.

      So please close ticket.
