generic-enablers

To be automatically installed by Enabler's Framework, the docker compose of the generic enabler must be inside a folder called: "docker" (this configuration is based on Orion repository).
All docker composes from version 1 will be converted to version 3 -> All deprecated services will be ignored.

Summary:
Orion: Is able to be used by EF to install instances automatically;
STH: Is able to be used by EF to install instances automatically, using dependent enablers on the same network (not tested);
IOT: Is able to be used by EF to install instances automatically;
Interface Designer: It is dockerized but it is not integrated with EF, because this enabler uses web interfaces, which is not in the scope of vf-OS Enabler framework functionality;
* Kurento: It is dockerized but it can only be installed manually.
