The C2NET Platform as a Service for Service Level Agreement (PaaS4SLA) module is a second level of the PaaS layer that guarantees the SLA of components without considering human interaction. That is, the SLA of a service (intrinsically related to ensure its high availability, scalability and fault-tolerance) is provided automatically by the platform. Moreover, this layer includes a runtime environment that makes use of the different APIs provided by the underlying IaaS solution.
It provides the Cloud environment where the C2NET service will be deployed and run, hiding to C2NET service developers and providers:
- the complexity of handling the IaaS resources where the service will be hosted and,
- scaling up and down the resources in order to guarantee the agreed level of service.
Here you can find the specification of the PaaS4SLA (ECloud).
Moreover, here do you have information about how to access the Stamp instance.
This C2NET module is subdivided in two lower-level sub-projects:
- SDK provides access to different tools and resources needed to develop and prepare software to be deployed and executed in PaaS4SLA;
- Training provides a set of examples that were showed and demonstrated in multiple project events like C2NET training camps, etc.
Additionally, this area includes:
- a Blog for providing news about PaaS4SLA material available and so on
- a Tickets entry to handle specific issues regarding this module as a whole (which may include management, integration, new features, etc.).
