This page provides guidelines about how to perform the development management, monitoring and control.

High Level Supervision Meetings

• Every two weeks will be performed a High Level Supervision Meeting
• All development component leaders have to participate on it.
• All development component leaders have to update beforehand the complete % field of the component tickets (tickets labelled with Component) they lead
• The values will be later on available at the follow-up Google spreadsheet for monitoring the evolution
• The status updates will be very brief (2 min. per component). If some component needs extra discussion specific meetings will be arranged with the interested stakeholders.
