    The agreed plan has to be in KB to enable COT to work. (LLCEP will detects when a new plan arrives and COT identifies the deviations) KB should know, what is the current version of a plan.

    The plan (in KB) shall have a status. The current status of the supply chain (orders, capacities, inventories, machines availability etc.) should be in the KB, too.
