The COT launches the workflow instance related to the LL CEP detected event, which has associated to the Optimization Problem calculated.

How is workflow described and where it is saved?

Steps to follow: LL CEP creates an event -> LL CEP notifies the COT -> The COT starts the workflow related with this event:
1. COT identifies the event
2. Start workflow
3. COT identifies the of Optimization Problem ID affected by the Event
4. COT sends a notification to the OPT for launching the optimization job for Optimization Problem ID
5. COT receives a notification from the OPT, "The OP has been optimized, job finished"
6. COT sends a notification to the subscribers "OP_ID has been recalculated due to the Event_ID"
