Execution of a planning process!

According to the new evolution in the architecture, this task will be an execution of the workflow related to the negociation process between the actors. So, the previous identifier (execution of a planning process) is ambiguous. The right word used actually in D2.8 is "workflow" to differentiate it from planning.
