T2.1-T2.3 Telco January 28th 2013 (14:00-15:00 CET)

D2.1:

  • Draft to be circulated by NTUA on 28/1 evening for technical review. There has been a 1-week delay as there were many missing inputs in the contributions received by partners (when compiled in the overall document). Due to the pressing time and in order to ensure homogeneity of the descriptions of all APIs and that they are aligned to what we need in order to identify the generic APIs, NTUA proceeded to the revision of the APIs descriptions (for all categories).
  • Feedback from assigned reviewers (FOKUS, VELTI) by 30/1 mid-day (13:00 CET). Follow-up emails will be also sent to the use cases partners for cross-checking the generic APIs.
  • Final draft to be circulated on 31/1 at 10:00 CET.
  • Next steps: populating the API analysis in the RedMine wiki – T2.1 partners (TSSG and LOGICA) involvement to be discussed after submitting the deliverable.

D2.2:

  • Draft circulated by TSSG for technical review on 18/1.
  • Review feedback received from BETAPOND (that was the assigned reviewer) on the technical issues (additional feedback is to be sent) and from NTUA (as the WP2 leader).
  • Revision of D2.2 i.e. to ensure alignment with the DoW, include Introduction and executive summary (as in the template), add relevant FP7 projects and a comparison between cloud platforms (OpenStack, Eucalyptus, etc.) on which the cloudlet may be built.
  • Initial updated draft to be circulated on 29/1 eob.
  • All partners need to send their feedback on the cloudlet definition by 30/1 eob.
  • Final draft to be circulated on 31/1 at 10:00 CET.

D2.3:

  • Draft circulated by LOGICA for technical review on 15/1.
  • Review feedback received from AmbieSense and FOKUS (that were the assigned reviewers) and from NTUA (as the WP2 leader). The deliverable needs significant updates according to the reviewers’ recommendations.
  • Initial updated draft to be circulated on 29/1 eob.
  • Final draft to be circulated on 31/1 at 10:00 CET.

General comments:

  • All deliverables should explicitly show their relation to OPENi (in order to avoid being considered as general state-of-the art reviews applicable to any FP7 project) and provide concrete recommendations to be taken forward in the next phases of the project (either with the conclusions or as separate section).

Participants:

Fenareti, Sotiris and Michael (NTUA), Leigh and Donal (TSSG), Rodrigo and Susana (LOGICA), Robert and Lukasz (FOKUS), Ayse and Olfa (AmbieSense), Theodore (VELTI), Peter (BETAPOND).
