T2.4-T2.5 Telco February 4th 2013 (14:30-16:00 CET)
T2.4:
- The D2.4 ToC (revised version) sent on 15/1 was presented by AmbieSense.
- Partners’ involvement: VELTI and BETAPOND will provide the scenarios for their use cases / apps. NTUA will collaborate with AmbieSense for the generic platform scenarios.
- All scenarios should be described according to the guidelines and comments discussed and decided in the Athens meeting.
- The use cases scenarios should be sent to AmbieSense by 6/2 EOB in order for an initial draft to be then circulated.
- All partners should review and provide their comments on the draft D2.4 before the telco on 11/2 (initial time 14:30 CET -> to be rescheduled at 10:00CET).
- A revision of the draft use cases together with the initial generic scenarios should start afterwards and circulated by 15/2.
- On 18/2 (14:30 CET), the draft generic scenarios should be discussed (with further brainstorming and ideas by all).
- Final D2.4 draft to be circulated by AmbieSense on 20/2.
- Technical review on D2.4 to be conducted by TSSG, FOKUS and LOGICA by 25/2 eob.
- D2.4 to be sent to TSSG for submission to the EC on 27/2 eob.
T2.5:
- The approach to be followed on D2.5 was presented by FOKUS.
- The idea of a concise document with references to RedMine in which the backlog and all user stories will be kept and continuously updated was well-accepted by all.
- In the Berlin meeting, a set of draft user stories will be presented based on the D2.4 scenarios. Further brainstorming sessions on the user stories will be conducted to incorporate partners’ ideas and feedback.
- The introduction of user story points, as well as prioritization of user stories and classification to Epic, High, Medium, Low based on effort and time required for their implementation needs to be discussed and agreed.
General issues:
- Feedback and inputs by all were requested by TSSG in order to finalize the Consortium Agreement asap.
- Missing availabilities should be posted in doodle to book the dates for the project meeting in Berlin.
- To get prepared for the Berlin meeting, a WP7 telco will be arranged next week by NTUA.
