T31 Telco April 17th 2013

The teleconference was about progress on T3.1 and a discussion about dynamic API with methods and properties that resolve during the call. Specifically:
Iosif mentioned that we have finished with the first round of comments from tech partners on recognized objects, and comments were integrated. Telco with Velti took place to get in line.
CGI did not have serious progress, other than the ppt they shared previously this week. They will circulate their approach for Service Enablers by Friday. Till then they wait for comments from the latest presentation by Thursday
Lukasz proposed to get advised from the D 2.5, where there are results for Service Enablers and a proposed prioritization. CGI will be based on them to kick-off work on Service Enablers
Timos presented the progress done for Context API, with questions for implementation issues and performance issues. Collaborative work with NTUA will continue with a meeting.
Leigh mentioned that on T 3.3 there is dependency of context with Privacy (a relative email was circulated)
Johannes did not present the complete concept of a dynamic API, as it is still work in progress. He commented that we put too much focus on CBS, and presented the pros of a dynamic binding (research aspect, scalability). A deeper presentation will follow.

Iosif summed up with conclusions and two suggestions:
A T3.1 stand up telco will take place every Wednesday for 15'.
Be agile and work in parallel to meet the goals of the task.
