Also make start-sandbox.bash use setup-sandbox.bash, not setup-common.bash. As
with setup-local.bash, make setup-sandbox.bash call setup-common.bash. Downgrade
required version of python-ldap to 2.3.9 as 2.3.10 requires a later version
openldap.
