[#1140] fix broken g.solr.delete in Application.uninstall
One side-effect of this broken delete was that after importing a bunch
of tickets, and then deleting the tracker, making a new one and
reimporting the tickets: searches would return double hits from the old
solr entries + the new solr entries.
