these were generated on the fly which is too slow for a site of any size
the existing implementation isn't working (the controllers are at /allura_sitemap
but it generates urls having /sitemap/ instead), so we know this isn't used by anyone
it is preferable to use create-allura-sitemap.py to generate static files
