#14 Create page button does not work inside the "formatting help"

To replicate
1. Go to the wiki
2. Open the "Formatting Help"
3. Now press the "Create Page" button

Problem: Nothing happens, the button works fine in other pages
Using: Webkit based browser

The problem seems to be javascript related. When in the home page the anchor has a javascript click event that calls the lightbox_me function. But this doesn't seem to work in the markdown syntax page.

    Works for me in Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
