We are regularly encountering the website being unavailable, meaning that we cannot push or pull any code, log tickets, etc. This is becoming quite an issue for us, especially as we have a number of software deliverables due very soon. One partner has suggested we migrate to GitHub to avoid this, but I'd prefer to host here. Is there anything being done to make the site more stable?

First of all - apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, we are working hard on addressing this issue.
Over the past weeks there were a series of outages for OSP, this was a result of network issues on our provider's side, a situation that unfortunately is out of our direct control.
Currently we are trying to address these issues with our hosting, while taking steps to move hosting into a new provider. I should have some updates on this shortly.
I understand a lot of projects are undergoing a busy period with events/final reports. If needed I'll try to accommodate requests for more immediate concerns - e.g. we should be able to provide a replicate of the platform at an alternate location, if you need read only access to all your data.
