It would be nice to have a link to report a problem in the platform. If the user doesn't know that this project is the project of this platform, the user will not be able to open an issue.

The footer link is intended to redirect to OSP Tickets page, so this is already done (close it),
or should I create some kind of form page to 'report a bug'?
