When I tried to subscribe my issues it did not work.

When I tried to subscribe issues added by other persons, it also did not work.

So I think it is not working correctly in any way.

This was fixed yesterday I think. I'm now getting all the emails.

The missing emails were already fixed as part of #42.

The UI is:
fixed for the tickets tool
broken for the wiki
* completely missing for some other cases (e.g. code)
