The UI on the Project Tools page has a few issues.
a) Missing a title or info for "Add new Tools" ? The first icons are not obvious as to referring to new project tools (maybe moving this to the bottom, after the installed tools?
b) Installed tools are formatted as intended?
c) What is exactly "Grouping" at the end of the page?
A screen shot highlighting these issues is attached.

b) The installed tools can be dragged and dropped in the order you wan them
c) If you have multiple tools of the same type (3 code repositories) they will be grouped in the same menu entry - the group threshold is the minimum amount of tools to form a group
