The first step (the black pop-up) is not needed, because in the second step you have the "name box" again.

Annoying, but allura-forgewiki does not allow you to show up at the second step without having a page name i.e. can't fix it like that.

I'm closing this as wont-fix: Not really high on the queue right now, and not trivially solvable. This would require us to change the controller in forgewiki.

As an alternative consider restyling the popup boxes in general to be less intrusive, in a new issue.
