#15 Cater for projects with multiple Vcs repositories

Make sure the WorkingCopyFactory deals with projects that have multiple vcs repositories of different kinds.

The plan is to use a particular subdirectory of the project storage, i.e. "workingCopy" with subdirectories for each vcs repository (url.replaceAll(":\/","_"). A working copy creation event should return a list of the locations of these subdirectories such that we will not look into stale directories.

    We introduced this right away with the first version, after we lost the prototype accidentally due to disk problems.
