#18 Eclipse importer stores HTTP URLs rather than NNTP

The Eclipse importer (and perhaps others) stores the web addresses of the bug tracking systems and communication channels. This makes sense for the reader, but it does not allow the platform to automatically monitor those channels. Is it possible to also add the NNTP/other connection information for newsgroups? Similarly, we need to store the product name and list of components for the Bugzillas.

    The Eclipse importer now add all the NNTP connection, the list of Bugzilla tracking systems foreach project. We have also included a NNTP framework for query the nntp resources (for instance: retrive the number of message foreach forum).
