recoll-1.24.1

1) Perform search with result for several pages (in my test, 1-8 pages)
2) Click to go to the Next page

Result: nothing happens, I can't go to the next page

Bug is only reproduced for cases:
- recoll window works not in fullscreen mode
- or low resolution (1024 x 768)

GNU/Linux
MATE Desktop Environment 1.12.1

$ xdpyinfo | grep -iE '(resol|dimen)'
dimensions: 1024x768 pixels (270x203 millimeters)
resolution: 96x96 dots per inch

    While looking at this, I stumbled on and fixed a crash-causing bug, which I don't think is the cause of your issue. So back to it...

    I am not sure of what I see in the video. It's normal that the list does not switch to the next page of results if the page is not at the bottom. The idea is that repeatedly clicking on next will show you all the results, either by scrolling the page or by switching to the next one. It would not be very useful to go through the results seeing only half of them (the top of screens).

    Of course, if the screen size is such that the complete page is viewed every time, the "next" button will switch to a new result page every time.

    Does this explain your issue or is there something else ?

      OK, I see, let's mark this issue as 'by design'.
      And Thx for fixing the crash!
