The Context Population is the action to acquire business knowledge (e.g., installed software, licences, hardware, network) regarding its surrounding environment (hence its context) in the form of metadata that will be used to fill the TIMBUS knowledge base, the first step in the TIMBUS "action" process.
The tools hereby defined shall be used to access the target business and capture its enclosed environment. This information capturing may be performed in several ways:
