ohplaylist read and readList: need to xmlquote URIs in readList() and not in
read(). Mostly concerns tracks added from an mpd client, because media
server uris dont usually need quoting, but would sometimes prevent
displaying the current playlist when tracks with uris needing quoting had
been added from an mpd client.
